He is the Founder of Expert Global and a fellow member of ICAI and holds a bachelor degree in commerce from Delhi University. He posses over 12 years of experience in Taxation, Company Law, Capital Market and Financial Services. He is also a IBBI registered valuer and has Expertise in Valuation of Financial Securities including Indian as well as International Companies. He is a serial entrepreneur.
His leadership mantra has always been – ‘Be honest, be transparent and trust employees’. ‘Everything is a byproduct of relationship’. His proactive approach and attitude has contributed to the overall of the Company at large.

Karuna Dhingreja Masters in science, a marketing & Finance Consultant & a Social worker.She has over two decades of experience in Capital Markets and has vast knowledge of financial capital markets dealings. She is well connected with US & Europe in the circle of capital market.

She holds a bachelor degree in commerce f rom Delhi University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. She has experience of more than 8 years in the field of Taxation, Valuation and Internal Audit etc. Presently acting as Manager Finance and Valuation Analyst.
