Gaurav Jain
Meet our Founder and Director, Gaurav Jain, who is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. With his 12+years of experience in Taxation, Company Law, Capital Markets, and Financial Services, he has been the pillar of growth in our organization.
An IBBI-registered valuer, he specialises in the valuation of financial securities for both Indian and international companies. A serial entrepreneur and a leader by example, his mantra — “Be honest, be transparent, and trust your team” — is reflected in our organization’s culture. His proactive approach and integrity continue to drive the firm’s sustained growth.
Harish Gupta
Meet our Director, CA Harish Gupta, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Commerce graduate from Rajasthan University. With over 13 years of experience in Taxation, Company Law, Capital Markets, and Financial Services, he brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight to the organization.
He has a strong interest in sustainability and ESG practices, having attended several UN-GCNI conventions and programs. Additionally, he has completed certification courses in sustainability and possesses hands-on experience in ESG concepts, helping businesses adopt responsible and disciplined practices.
His leadership philosophy centres on safeguarding stakeholder interests through honest, transparent, and equitable decision-making. With his balanced approach to governance and sustainability, CA Harish Gupta plays a vital role in strengthening the firm’s ethical foundation and long-term growth.
Shobhit R. Agrawal
ACS Shobhit R. Agrawal is a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with over six years of experience in corporate governance, SEBI regulations, and company law matters. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Saurashtra University and a Master's degree in Computer Applications, he has a solid understanding of software systems and IT infrastructure.
He started his career with Mark Corporate Advisors Private Limited in 2017 and later joined the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited as Assistant Manager – Listing Department in 2019. His expertise in compliance, and technology contributes to a culture of transparency and good governance.
